By accepting these terms, you agree to the services of excursions, activities, attractions, and tickets (hereinafter referred to as “excursions”) under the rates, prices, and cancellation conditions detailed on our website at the time of booking.

Bookings

  • For individual or group bookings, communication will be conducted exclusively with the main booking holder. This person must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to make the booking.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate personal details and sharing any booking-related information with all members of your group.
  • It is your responsibility to be aware of and adhere to the terms, conditions, and safety guidelines of the excursion provider.

Excursion Suitability and Safety

  • Some excursions may have age, health, weight, or height restrictions imposed by the provider. You must respect these restrictions for your safety.
  • We recommend obtaining appropriate insurance that covers potential risks during the excursion.
  • Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  • You will receive a digital or printed booking confirmation, which must be presented before participating in the excursion.

Data Privacy

During the booking process, we will collect personal information such as your name, surname, and payment details. This data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Price Guarantee

Santiago Excursiones S.L. guarantees that you will not find the same service at a lower price elsewhere. To claim the difference, you must provide documented evidence of a lower price at least 48 hours before the excursion.

Pricing

  • Prices include the services specified in the booking confirmation and the corresponding VAT.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices as necessary.

Changes to Your Booking

  • While we strive to maintain the conditions of your booking, unforeseen circumstances may require changes. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Cancellations

  • If we cancel your excursion, you will be entitled to a full refund or an excursion of similar standard.
  • If you fail to show up at the agreed location, a 40% charge of the total booking amount will apply.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or technical issues.

Flexible Cancellation Policy

We offer free cancellations within the time frames established (24-72 hours before the activity, depending on the service). Specific conditions for each excursion will be detailed at the time of booking.

Exclusive and VIP Excursions

For private or luxury excursions, special conditions and cancellation charges may apply.

Complaints

Complaints must be directed to the service provider on-site. Any refunds will be processed in accordance with the provider’s policies.

Right to Reject Customers

We reserve the right to refuse service to customers whose behavior is disruptive or dangerous to others.

Jurisdiction and Legislation

These terms are governed by Spanish (Canary Islands) law, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts corresponding to the residence of the user or the company.
